The chairman of INGO Diplomaten International, Dr. Günther Meinel, can unfortunately not accept the invitation of the Russian embassy to the conference “Russia’s Image – Myths and Reality” on 10th of October, since he is going to be in New York at the same time. There in the context of a panel discussion, he is going to speak before the United Nations.
During this discussion the relationship with Russia will also be spoken about. It cannot be true that instead of creating a philosophy of peace we dig an irremediable ditch in our relations with Russia. Europe needs Russia both economically and strategically. Future generations will hold the irresponsibility of today’s European foreign affairs against our “politicians”, and justifiably so. It requires a lot of courage to take sides against the sanctions. However we do that out of a sense of responsibility for Europe and following generations. Precisely due to responsibility and Germany’s historical background, we should not allow any global political mistakes. Germany murdered 20 million Russians. It’s a heavy burden of guilt. Nonetheless Russia extended its hand to Germans and forgave them. Germany should never forget that.
While speaking before the United Nations we’ll touch upon the topic of damage limitation between Europe and Russia. Wise scientists have learned that any situation should be looked at from another endpoint too. So the bizarre sanctions, we had warned against many times before, will have devastating consequences for Europe. As a consequence, Russia will get an innovation push and will not only become leading force in the exploration of space but also in the future technologies. Should it come to a breach with Europe, Russia together with China and Asia will become a leading decisive world power of the future.
Russia will benefit from the performance of sanctions performing its rash and dynamical development. Like many times before, the USA made an error in its judgment and strategy evaluation. The USA has never been very Europe-friendly. So if they want to damage Europe again, they have managed it now. Ms. Viktoria Nuland (Chief Diplomat of the USA), who supported us in the Cyprus affair, has however recently declared that – we merely quote here – the USA invested lots of money in destabilization of the “shitty Europe”.
Already now we predict about 2.8 million unemployed in Poland, where peasants are striking already, as well as in Germany and other European states. We satirically ask ourselves, why does Europe organize the election victory and other image advantages for Vladimir Vladimirovitsch Putin and increase his popularity in Russia? Russians are proud people! Only as such could they defeat fascism, unite and strengthen Russia. The course of history will prove again that here as well logicians and strategists were not heard here.
Future generations will ask: Why did you allow this development? This question had already been posed to the German nation. President Putin is now stronger than ever! We, the democrats, have a singular duty at this point: Not to give our consent to the sanctions. We are talking about a “legal contingency” here emerging out of responsibility for peace.
How can Ukraine be helped? One should read our appeals from 2000 again and look up our activities to the “backfired” orange revolution. This was a revolution that had all chances to develop Ukraine into a democratic and free of corruption state.
Our free consignments for the hospitals were expensively sold by oligarchs. At times when oligarchs continued to exclude East Ukraine further on – these were by the way the same individuals that today even have governmental responsibility – and corrupt, internationally dubious and unpopular Timoshenko wanted to shoot all Russians, Europe was invoked as the Go-Between. Instead of this Europe has permitted that today a fierce fight riots between the oligarchs Achmetow and Kolomojski. Both pay mercenaries and weapons that are delivered over Poland from Russia and the USA, both ruin peoples’ lives. They can be stropped only by a neutral independent country.
Europe discredited itself, unfortunately, when Timoshenko’s “freedom” was demanded in exchange for affiliation to the European Union. We were ashamed for this Europe – the politicians who supported this hypothesis. As a corrupt Minister-President and a billionaire, she ruined Ukraine’s health and was nevertheless medically treated in Germany because of her health problems. That’s what the EU politicians put themselves out for. When we proved her corrupt politics (a suitcase full of money for the government), we had to endure an act of revenge.
Of course, we also have very good EU politicians who represent us and reside in Brussels. We work closely with these responsible-minded people. That is why a high sensitivity is required while choosing further members for the future panel. We need a new quality in EU.
Certainly, we do not refer our information to the propagandistic media of both conflicting camps but to our contemporary witnesses and members on site.
We want economically strong and respectable Europe, strong Russia and democratic and free of corruption Ukraine. The latter should finally clarify the occurrences on Majdan sincerely, like our foreign minister required.
It should be mentioned in the conclusion that we, as diplomats of peace, are solely committed to the international law and the principles of the United Nations.
