The international non-governmental organization DMW is set to honor more individuals for their outstanding contribution to creating international understanding and peace.
Next year's ceremony will be held in St.Petersburg. The prize is awarded with a donation for a project that promotes international understanding.

The DMW honors dedication and outstanding service in achieving excellent economic results, educational concepts as well as social and cultural commitment to a united and strong Europe and for the respecting of national regions. Welcome and award speeches are held for different international award ceremonies.
Honoring social commitment – young presenters and singers from Europe champion social and cultural development in European countries.
Presentation of the European social prize – congratulations are given on the awarding of the European social prize by the Gesellschafts-Politische Bildungsgemeinschaft e.V. (member of the DMW e.V.) to Belgium's Social Affairs Minister, Emil Rixen.
Presentation of the environmental award – award for outstanding service in the area of environmental protection (water treatment) is presented to Krysztof Narbutt, Republic of Poland – prize sponsored by Worldgroup for outstanding patents.
